There will be Free Sites, 30 day trials, 10 day trials, Sites that you need knowledge of html to create, and on and on. The first place to start “is with you”. Determine what kind of Site you are looking for, a site to share your personal thoughts, or to promote your product. Once you have determined this, you can eliminate alot of the Offers you will find.
